At Mazqil Medical Centre, we know how important the love and support of family and friends are to a patient’s recovery. That is why we welcome visitors while also ensuring that visits are safe, well-organized, and respectful to both patients and staff.
GUIDELINES
Guidelines At A Glance
Visiting hours are scheduled twice daily to allow patients enough time to rest and receive treatment. Families and friends can visit their loved ones in the morning from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and again in the evening from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Visitors are kindly asked to respect these times, as visits outside the approved hours are not permitted unless special permission is granted by the hospital management.
Any other important things visitior(s) will like to communicate with the patient would have to go through the Nurse or Doctor incharge of the patient
Public Entrances
For security reasons, all visitors are expected to use the main hospital entrance. This helps us manage the flow of people coming into the hospital and ensures the safety of our patients and staff. While we encourage family support, visitors are reminded to maintain proper hygiene before and after seeing patients. Handwashing or sanitizing is strongly encouraged to prevent the spread of infections. We also advise anyone who is feeling unwell, showing symptoms such as cough, fever, or cold, not to come into the hospital, as this could put vulnerable patients at risk.
On the Day of Your Visit
While we encourage family support, visitors are reminded to maintain proper hygiene before and after seeing patients. Handwashing or sanitizing is strongly encouraged to prevent the spread of infections.
We also advise anyone who is feeling unwell, showing symptoms such as cough, fever, or cold, not to come into the hospital, as this could put vulnerable patients at risk.
At Mazqil Medical Centre, we believe visitors are partners in the healing journey.
Your cooperation makes it possible for us to create a safe, caring, and supportive environment where patients can recover with dignity and comfort.
Children under the age of twelve are discouraged from visiting, except under special circumstances approved by the hospital team. To ensure a calm and healing environment, we also ask visitors to keep noise levels low and respect the privacy of other patients.
Bringing food from outside the hospital may not always be allowed, so it is best to check with the nurse on duty before giving any food items to a patient.
These guidelines are not just rules; they are part of our commitment to patient safety and quality care.
By observing them, families help us protect patients with weak immune systems, give healthcare workers the space they need to work effectively, and ensure that patients get the quiet rest that is essential to recovery.
